HOW DO I BOOK MY MAKEUP/HAIR APPOINTMENT? (non-bridal)
Thank you for choosing Isabella Vabre Beauty! To secure your appointment, please note that a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. You can send this via Zelle (isabellavabre.makeup@gmail.com) or Venmo (@isabella-vabre).
Our bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness to all our clients. Please also be aware that the final payment is due the day before your scheduled service.
If you're planning to pay with a credit card, kindly note that a 3% processing fee will be added to your total. Please let us know if you'd like to proceed with this option so we can make the necessary arrangements.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
A non-refundable/non-transferable 50% retainer (will be applied to you total) is required to hold your date.
Final payment 2 weeks before wedding day.
WHEN TO BOOK MY BRIDAL TRIAL?
When you have your gown and know what makeup / hair style you would like. It is recommended to book trials 1 to 6 months prior to your wedding day.
HOW RESCHEDULE MY WEDDING DAY?
We will require a rebooking fee of 50% to reserve a new date.
WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
A 72-hour advance notification is required to reschedule a makeup/hair appointment (excludes wedding day). Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your retainer. We appreciate that you value our time as we hold that appointment slot just for you.
What if the number of people changes before the wedding?
Once the date is secured, the number of people cannot be reduced. Requests for more applications can absolutely be considered!
Can I book a trial before committing?
Because trials do not hold dates, they are only provided for those who have booked!

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be collected two weeks prior your wedding day / a day before your appointment for non-wedding services.
LATENESS POLICY
Please ensure timely arrival for your appointment. We offer a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a late fee. Should you arrive 20 minutes late or more, your appointment will unfortunately have to be canceled. We adhere strictly to this policy without exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
