Makeup & Hair for the Bridal Party-Wedding g day: Includes applications for a minimum of four bridal party members ( 4 people).
Bridal Touch-Up Kit: Includes everything you need for a flawless day- sponge, powder puff, powder, lipstick, oil-blotting sheet, lash glue, cleansing balm, q-tips, reusable makeup removing cloth, tissues, and eye patches.
Package starts at $2,300 which is the equivalent of the Bride + 4 others! This minimum is required for weddings held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Bridal Makeup & Hair Application - Wedding Day: Perfectly tailored to suit your style, our bridal makeup and hair application promises to highlight your best features on your wedding day!
Makeup & Hair for the Bridal Party- Wedding Day: Extend the luxury to your bridal party with professional makeup and hair applications for a minimum of four members. Ensure your entire party looks cohesive and stunning, complementing your own perfected bridal style ( 4 people).

THE CLASSIC BRIDE
Tailor-made for flexibility and elegance, this package offers essential styling for the bride or her bridal party with a touch of personalized service:
Bridal Preview (Trial) (A must-have to perfect your bridal look! Held at our studio in Alexandria, VA.) This price applies for Bridal Makeup & Hair Rehearsal Party/Engagement photoshoot (travel fee will be added if at client’s location).
Bridal Makeup & Hair : A beautifully polished, customized look to make you feel confident and radiant on your wedding day! Includes a complimentary bridal touch-up kit to keep you fresh all day.
MIX or MATCH Makeup & Hair for the Bridal Party: 4 services of makeup or hair).
Booking Requirements
Package starts at $1,300 which is the equivalent of the Bride + 4 extra makeup or hair services. This minimum is required for weddings held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Optional Add-Ons:
Bridal Party Makeup & hair starts at $250 OR single service starts at $150 per additional service
Flower girl Hair $90 (Complementary lips +cheeks makeup)
Airbrush Makeup: $25 per person (for a flawless, long-lasting finish)
Clip-In Hair Extensions Application: $35 per person (client provides extensions)
Individual Lashes: $15 per person
Hollywood Waves: $35 per person (requires additional styling time)
MAKEUP & HAIR CONCIERGE available starts $100 per hour after all the member are ready (see schedule)

To ensure everything is perfectly planned for your special day, here are some details regarding our booking and service policies:
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding day.
Travel Fees: Travel fees are calculated at $1 per mile roundtrip from Isabella Vabre Beauty Studio in Alexandria, VA. The exact amount will depend on the number of artists needed and the distance traveled.
Early Morning Fee: A fee of $40 per artist will apply for services required on location before 7 AM.
Overnight Accommodations: If the location requires a commute of 2 hours or more, arrangements for overnight accommodations will be necessary.
Parking: Clients are responsible for providing parking for our team. If the location is at a hotel, valet parking must be arranged.
Previews: Trials typically occur at our studio in Alexandria, VA. For on-site trials, travel fees of $1.5 per mile roundtrip apply.
Please be aware that all rates are subject to change until a contract is signed. The rate agreed upon at the time of contract signing will be honored for your event date.
